Premier League giants keen to land Toffees youngster.
Arsenal and Chelsea are believed to have joined Tottenham in the race for Everton youngster John Stones, according to the Metro.

The Everton star saw his stock rise dramatically towards the end of last season as he made his international debut before the World Cup and was subsequently named as a back up to the full squad at the tournament.
Having capitalised on Phil Jagielka’s injury last term, he was fast tracked into the side and impressed with his mature performances that helped keep the club in and around the top five in the Premier League table.
Spurs had been linked with making a move for his signature earlier in the summer as new coach Mauricio Pochettino identified him as the ideal replacement for Jan Vertonghen, who himself has been linked with a move away from White Heart Lane this summer.
However, Spurs swiftly saw their approach rejected as concerns grow around their back line and their failure to strike an early deal could be their undoing as now both Arsenal and Chelsea have declared their interest and could seek o make their own moves before the summer transfer window slams shut.
