The Serie A champions have seen some of their transfer activity disrupted this week as coach Antonio Conte stepped down from his position on Tuesday night, to be quickly replaced by Max Allegri the following day.

Alvaro Morata has seen his move from Real Madrid stall, while Manchester United defender Patrice Evra is holding back on committing to a deal to join them, but that hasn’t stopped the club from putting Lukaku at the forefront of their wish list now.

The Belgian hit man impressed while on loan at Everton last season, and the Toffees had been looking to bring him back on board once again over the summer.

However, Juve also want him on loan, though Chelsea are hoping to persuade them the part with €30m and sign him on a permanent basis.

A number of clubs are said to be keen on luring him away from Stamford Bridge, and the player himself is also said to be keen on leaving the club.
