Dortmund star looking for summer transfer.
The agent of Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus has been in touch with a number of top clubs about the possibility of signing the player this summer, according to Football Express News.
The German international, who missed his country’s success at this summer’s World Cup through injury, has long been linked with a host of big clubs after his fantastic performances in the Bundesliga, which have seen him become regarded as one of the best attacking midfield players in Europe.
The likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are currently believed to be chasing the 25-year-old, who notched up 23 goals and 15 assists last season, while Barcelona have also been linked with him in the past, though they are now believed to have cooled their interest in him.
Although Dortmund won’t want to lose another star player after seeing the likes of Robert Lewandowski and Mario Goetze depart in recent times, it seems as though they may be fighting a losing battle in their attempts to keep Reus.
The player’s agent seems intent on earning his client a big move, and will now hope to invite offers from interested parties before the end of this summer’s transfer window.
