From outside the box, the young Serbian caressed the ball coolly into the corner of the stranded keepers’ net.
Markovic could make his Liverpool debut during the friendly against Olympiakos on Sunday, and fans will be eager to see their winger in action.
Brendan Rodgers has made three other summer signings so far as well as Markovic, including Emre Can, Rickie Lambert and Adam Lallana.
