JT is “buzzing”.
Chelsea skipper John Terry was delighted to see club legend Didier Drogba return to the Blues on Friday.
The Ivorian forward left Stamford Bridge two years ago, shortly after winning the Champions League with the final kick of his eight-season stay.
He has since had spells at Shanghai Shenhua and Galatasaray, before rejoining Chelsea on a free transfer.
Drogba has signed a one-year contract with the West London club.
Centre-back Terry, who played with Drogba throughout the attacker’s first stay in England, uploaded the below picture to Instagram.
Terry accompanied the post with the message: “Welcome Home @didierdrogba. Absolutely buzzing to have Didier back at the bridge and add to our fire power upfront. #legend #sleeplessnightsforCB #hero #winner”.
