Barcelona’s £75m signing Luis Suarez has moved to the Pyrenees Mountains with his own personal trainer to begin his pre-season preparations, the Daily Mail has revealed.
The 27-year-old forward is not allowed to join up with the rest of the Catalan giants’ squad (currently at St. Georges park in England), due to his four month football ban, which he received after being found guilty of biting Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup.
Shortly after the tournament finished, the maverick moved to Barcelona from Liverpool, where he scored 31 Premier League goals and won both the Player of the Year awards, too.
