Arsenal speedster Theo Walcott has vowed that he and Alexis Sanchez will be a “deadly force” in the Premier League this season.
Sanchez, 25, joined the Gunners in a £30m move from Barcelona this summer.
The Chile international bagged 19 goals and provided 10 assists in La Liga last season.
Walcott’s campaign was cut short by injury, but the England man is now recovering well.
Both players are among the fastest footballers on the planet and both generally operate either on the right flank or as central attackers.
With them being so similar, some have suggested that it may be difficult for manager Arsene Wenger to accommodate the pair into the same XI.
However, Walcott has no doubt that they can thrive together.
