Real Madrid have completed another summer signing, with the club’s official Twitter account confirming that Real have secured a deal to sign Keylor Navas from La Liga rivals Levante.

The Costa Rican was one of the stars of the World Cup, with his athletic and agile displays keeping a number of stars at bay as Los Ticos stunned the world to reach the quarter finals of the competition, exiting it unbeaten after only succumbing to the Netherlands after a penalty shoot-out.

Navas become the third senior ‘keeper at the Bernabeu, joining experienced Iker Casillas and Diego Lopez – perhaps hinting that one of that duo could be set to leave the Spanish capital this summer.

Manager Carlo Ancelotti will certainly be happy with his options, however, with all three having plenty of experience of being number one goalkeeper in La Liga.

Lopez had the shirt last season, but Casillas is a Real Madrid legend and Navas’ performances for Levante in La Liga last season perhaps made him the best goalkeeper in the division, meaning that the Italian manager has a big decision to make ahead of the season kicking off this month.
