Frank Lampard said last year that he would never leave Chelsea for another Premier League team.
However, after joining New York City FC, the 36-year-old midfielder, who is Chelsea’s all-time leading goalscorer, has been sent on a six-month loan to champions Manchester City, who own the MLS franchise.
Does Lampard really want to be at the Etihad, or is it all a bit awkward for the 106-time England international?
