Juventus midfielder and reported Manchester United transfer target Arturo Vidal has again dropped a hint that his future could lie away from Turin, report the Express, with the Chilean refusing to confirm that his future lies with the Old Lady.

Vidal has been linked with a move to Old Trafford to link up with new United manager Louis van Gaal for much of the summer and, despite going on Juventus’ pre-season tour of Asia in recent weeks, Vidal was again coy on his future when asked:

“My future is to train well…”

United are believed to be considering a deal worth well in excess of £40m for Vidal, although they do hold concerns over the knee injury that saw him have an operation this summer, ahead of Chile’s World Cup campaign in which he was again impressive.

The former Bayer Leverkusen man has proven himself as one of Europe’s most impressive and dynamic central midfielders whilst at Juventus, playing a key part in their three successive Serie A titles under the management of Antonio Conte.

New Juve boss Massimo Allegri remains keen to keep Vidal at the club, and was firm on the fact that he would remain a Juventus player when asked about Vidal’s future in recent days.
