Emirates Stadim side set to land fifth summer signing.
Arsenal are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign PSG youngster Adrien Rabiot after seeing a bid for the teenager accepted according to the Metro.

The 19 year old midfielder is a player with great promise but having entered the final year of his Parc des Princes contract it appears that Laurent Blanc is ready to cash-in on his services, perhaps with a view to helping to balance the books so as to give the big spending Ligue 1 side a better chance of adhering to UEFA’s FFP (Financial Fair Play) guidelines.
Rabiot made 27 appearances in all competitions last term and has already been capped at Under 21 level by France and is certainly a player who has shown great promise and may well feel his career progression would be better served at the Emirates Stadium and the PSG starlet has stated before his desire to play in England.
Wenger may see Rabiot as a very useful option to offer a strong presence in the centre of the park and could be seen as a long term replacement for veteran skipper Mikel Arteta.
