After being nominated by American TV host Ryan Seacrest the former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder undertook the challenge shirtless.
The 38-year-old then nominated two basketball legends in the shape of Magic Johnson and Michael Jordan, along with Hollywood actor Leanardo DiCaprio.
