Sexy Chelsea WAG Daniella Semaan has given the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge a blast after being nominated by the sister of boyfriend Cesc Fabregas.

Daniella has now nominated Lionel Messi’s girlfriend, Antonella Roccuzzo, to do the challenge, which is raising money and awareness for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
