Arsenal star Mesut Ozil took on the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in support of Lou Gehrig’s disease research earlier this week.
Ozil nominated girlfriend Mandy Capristo to give it a go and she did not disappoint.
Miss Capristo uploaded two videos to Instagram on Thursday night.
The first sees her go through the formalities, while the second sees her scream as she gets covered in icy water.
