British glamour model Alice Goodwin smashed the Ice Bucket Challenge on Wednesday.
Alice, who is married to former Arsenal and Liverpool wideman Jermaine Pennant, wore a very skimpy outfit during her dousing.
To give her Instagram followers the full before-and-after picture, Alice later uploaded the below selfie, which was taken minutes before her soaking in the name of charity.
The Ice Bucket Challenge is raising money and awareness for various excellent charities.
