JT wishes Torres well.

Fernando Torres seems to have played his last game for Chelsea.

The Spanish striker, who cost the Blues £50m when he signed from Liverpool in January 2011, has agreed a two-year loan move to AC Milan.

Torres has scored just 20 goals in 110 Premier League appearances for Chelsea.

However, he has helped the Stamford Bridge club win the FA Cup, Champions League and Europa League.

Chelsea captain John Terry uploaded the below picture to Instagram on Friday night.

Terry accompanied his upload with the message: “I want to wish @ft9_official good luck with AC Milan. A great player and great man who has given us players and fans some great memories.”
