Arsenal are reportedly considering a deadline day move for Sevilla striker Carlos Bacca according to Goal.com.

Though the Colombian has a massive £27.6m release clause La Liga side Sevilla are willing to accept as little as £12.5m for the 27 year old.

Arsene Wenger wants to bring in a striker signing and has seen previous target Loic Remy move to Chelsea and may feel that Bacca would be a very useful addition to his attacking ranks.

With Olivier Giroud out until the new year and youngsters Yaya Sanogo and Joel Campbell short on top tier experience there could be room for a last gasp addition and Bacca may well be tempted by a move to the north London club.

Bacca has proven a big success since moving to Spain last July, netting 21 goals in his debut campaign, and was part of Colombia’s 2014 World Cup squad.

Everton are also known to be interested in Bacca, who scored in Sevilla’s win over Espanyol on Saturday night.
