Borussia Dortmund have reached an agreement with Real Madrid where they will give the Spanish giants inside information about the availability of winger Marco Reus.

The Daily Express reports that Los Blancos are interested in signing the German winger next summer but don’t want to agree to a deal almost a year in advance.

So, Dortmund will give Madrid advanced notice about developments regarding Reus’ future, meaning the Champions League winners will get to know if the Germany international wants to leave Signal Iduna Park first.

This new development will come as a blow to Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool, all of whom are interested in landing the talented 25-year-old.

Reus recently rejected a new contract from Dortmund, meaning he will be available for £25 million next summer due to a clause in his current contract.

The German giants have offered their star a new deal but so far the winger has failed to sign it.

Despite this, Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp has said that he expects Reus to stay with the club for the foreseeable future.

“I can tell you I have a great feeling regarding Marco Reus’ future at Borussia Dortmund,” said Klopp.

“Marco will definitely be around at our club for quite a while.”
