Two of international football’s heavyweights clash this evening, with France hosting Spain in a friendly match as La Roja look to recover from their calamitous World Cup campaign.
The visitors boast five Premier League players from the start, including three from Chelsea, with Cesar Azplicueta, Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa all playing, along with Arsenal’s Santi Cazorla and Manchester United ‘keeper David de Gea. Former Liverpool centre back Mikel San Jose also plays after rebuilding his career with Athletic Club.
For hosts France, Spurs ‘keeper Hugo Lloris captains the side, with Liverpool centre back Mamadou Sakho, Arsenal right back Mathieu Debuchy and Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko also starring for Les Bleus.
