Appearing without a translator, the on loan hit man lined up alongside Blind to make their first public appearances as Man United players to face the press alongside their manager.
While many already knew that super cool Daley Blind already spoke flawless English, nobody expected Falcao t have such a grasp on the language and he was praised by Van Gaal for his bravery.
“I only spoke Spanish in my second year in Spain, he is coming here and speaking English already for you!” LVG said whilst taking the striker’s hand.
Falcao, coughing his way through the praise looked rather embarrassed before slinking off.
