The Portuguese winger left Old Trafford for an £80m move to the Bernabeu back in the summer of 2009, and has since continued to establish himself as one of the finest players of his generation with some simply immense performances for the Spanish giants.
However, it has been suggested recently that the 29-year-old could be allowed to leave Real this summer, with the club possibly set to make some changes to their squad.
Fjortoft has noted via his official Twitter page that Ronaldo shares an agent with current United star Radamel Falcao, and it is not unlikely that Jorge Mendes would look to send another of his clients to the same club next year.
Ronaldo is also known for his loyalty and love for United, and Fjortoft added fuel to the rumours with a series of tweets on this possible transfer deal.
