United youngster unsettled in van Gaal regime.Manchester United youngster Adnan Januzaj is said to be considering his future at the club after Louis van Gaal’s heavy spending during the summer, according to Fichajes.net.
The Belgian winger is widely regarded as one of the club’s brightest prospects, as well as generally being considered as up there with the best young players in Europe at the moment.
However, Januzaj now faces increased competition for places in this United team after the arrivals of the likes of Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao taking up the roles that he can fill.
The 19-year-old broke into the Red Devil’s first-team under David Moyes last season, and became a key player for the team as he grew into his role with the senior side, having joined the club’s youth academy at the age of 16.
First-team opportunities have been harder to come by this term, however, with new manager van Gaal opting to bring in big names in the transfer market to improve on the club’s dreadful 7th place finish in the Premier League last term.
It remains to be seen if the Dutchman will fight hard to keep Januzaj at Old Trafford, or if a loan move could be an option in the near future.
