Lewis Hamilton is chasing pole at the Singapore Grand Prix…
Where: Marina Bay Circuit Singapore
When: 14.00 BST

One of the fiercest rivalries in recent Formula One history is set to take to the track in Singapore later today, as Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg aim for pole position at the Marina Bay circuit.
Hamilton is now just 22 points behind his Mercedes teammate in the race for the drivers championship, less than the value of a race win. But with just five events to come after Singapore, time is running out for the Brit to capture his second world title.
A mixed session on Friday practice saw the Ferrari challenge the Mercedes duo, but Hamilton set the fastest time during the second practice session to showcase Mercedes’ dominance ahead of the rest of the field.
The slow and windy nature of the street track saw also saw the Red Bull’s perform well, but the performance of the Mercedes team still holds an advantage, and barring a mistake or a technical issue, it’s likely to be either Hamilton or Rosberg setting the fastest lap this afternoon.
The event will be live on Sky Sports with coverage starting at 2pm. If you don’t have a Sky subscription why not grab yourself a NOW TV Sky Sports Day Pass – Pay As You Go access to all 6 Sky Sports channels for the first time ever!
