There were some who didn’t know how Robin Van Persie could fit in an attack that included Wayne Rooney and loaned in Colombian Radamel Falcao but the move that saw Man United take the lead at the King Power Stadium illustrates just how Louis van Gaal can accommodate all three in his front-line.
Falcao is given the ball out wide on the left and he floats in a beauty of a cross that sits up nicely for Van Persie to power a header home.
