Arsenal are reportedly ready to offer €28m (£21m) for Southampton battler Morgan Schneiderlin in the January transfer window.
The 24 year old was the subject of a great deal of interest over the summer but the south-coast side were seemingly unwilling to lose yet another member of their successful squad and Ronald Koeman kept hold of the French international.
Koeman’s side have performed superbly well thus far this term, with Morgan Schneiderlin putting in a string of great displays that have also shown that the former Strasbourg man knows where the back of the net is and one can see why Wenger would be looking to the St Mary’s star to provide more quality in the centre of the park.
