Ugly scenes reappear during Champions League week.
Liverpool fans were champing at the bit to get back into Europe this season as they embarked on their first Champions League away day in five years as they travelled to Swiss city Basel, only to see the event marred by violence in the streets before the game.

The Reds fans came home disappointed following a drab 1-0 defeat, but some may find themselves in hot water after videos of the two sets of fans were filmed engaging in fist fights in the street before kick off.
And though it’s hard to tell which fans are which, the fracas did not appear to go on for long and was quickly broken up by the police.
