When Chelsea signed Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona this summer, it was reported that Arsenal had passed on the opportunity to bring the Spanish playmakers back to the Emirates Stadium, a decision that is looking more foolish each week as Fabregas continues to put in incredible displays for the Blues.
