Amazing new infographic shows just how badly Arsenal did need Fabregas this season.
A shocking new infographic emerged on Monday afternoon showing that Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas is more creative than the entire Arsenal squad and has provided more assists than anyone else in their star studded line-up.
The Chelsea midfielder grabbed his seventh Premier League assist in as many games to consign his old team to a 2-0 defeat at the weekend, and it’s the same amount that the Gunners have managed between them.
And where Fabregas has laid on seven goals for his teammates this term, Arsenal new boys Alexis Sanchez and Danny Welbeck have managed just one each.

Add that to the solitary efforts by Mesut Ozil, Santi Cazorla, Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey and Nacho Monreal, then it does make Arsene Wenger look slightly foolish for not actually making a move for him over the summer.
The ex-Barcelona player didn’t make a return to Arsenal because they already had Mesut Ozil, but he is currently dwarfing the £42.5 million German and his Gunners team-mates when it comes to attacking contributions.
