Old Trafford side could be ready to pounce for talented Chilean.

Man United may well be keeping an extra close eye on long term target Arturo Vidal in the coming weeks after it was revealed that the Chilean has been fined for breaking a Juventus curfew last weekend according to the Daily Mirror.

The 27 year old was dropped from the starting from Juventus’s starting eleven for their recent 3-2 win over AS Roma after he was caught partying into the early hours of Saturday morning.

Vidal is set for a £78k fine which could in turn make his future at the Italian giants more tenuous with Old Trafford boss Louis van Gaal known to be a fan.

To compound in his initial offence Vidal then arrived late for training on Saturday morning and this was seemingly a step too far for boss Massimiliano Allegri who subsequently dropped the former Bayer Leverkusen man.

Though Juventus have previously turned down offers for Vidal, who has played a pivotal role in three successive Serie A title triumphs, this source believes they could now change their mind about the possibility of cashing in on the £35m rated South American.
