Lionel Messi was not at all happy when Kaka patronisingly put his hand on the Barcelona man’s head to console him after 2-0 international loss against Brazil…

Barcelona star Lionel Messi did not have the best time during Argentina’s 2-0 loss against Brazil on Saturday, and he was not in the mood to be patronised by Kaka after the game drew to a close.

The diminutive La Liga star missed a penalty that would have levelled things up just before half time, and it was in general a fairly forgettable night for the Ballon d’Or winner.

The two teams are old rivals, and despite the match being a friendly by name, you could tell it was certainly not friendly by nature.

Kaka approached Messi after the game and placed his hand on the Argentine’s head, but he didn’t seem too happy about it at all, shrugging the former Real Madrid man off showing very little emotion as he did so.

The Sao Paulo man was only the pitch for eight minutes, replacing surprise match winner Diego Tardelli. Many accused the Brazilian side of only bringing Kaka back into the squad for marketing reasons, and looking at his minimal game time they could have a point.
