Gunners faithful to get their say on failure to snap up defensive cover.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is set to meet face-to-face with the club’s fans at their annual AGM where he can be expected to be grilled over his failure to sign a top class central defender, the Metro reports.

Only Manchester United and Barcelona had a higher summer spend than Arsenal, with the Gunners recruiting Alexis Sanchez, Danny Welbeck, Calum Chambers, Mathieu Debuchy and David Ospina for £84 million.
However, the overriding feeling at the Emirates is that despite spending all that money he was shortsighted in not replacing Thomas Vermaelen and starting the season with just two recognised centre-backs.
Fans and shareholders will why the club are so short of defensive options, but he could appease worried fans by pointing to the £20 million he should have to spend on cover in January.
Wenger will also be quizzed about his record against the Premier League’s other top sides as their recent 2-0 defeat to Chelsea represented the 12th time that he has failed to get the better of Jose Mourinho.
