Chelsea players could be sent on loan to Turkish giants Besiktas, if the two clubs are able to finalise an impending agreement that will come into effect from next season.

Reports in the Daily Mail explain that the pair have discussed a proposed partnership and are said to be close to confirming a collaboration which would involve close co-operation between the first teams and academies; offering training support and joint scouting projects.

The source understands that Besikta? will model their academy on Chelsea’s and the Premier League outfit will offer expertise in developing their youth system.

Black Eagles board member Erdal Torunogullari is believed to have recently completed a trip to the Chelsea’s Cobham HQ as part of the agreement, while Blues youngsters will be looking to move out on loan.

Chelsea already have a large number of players out on loan, including Gael Kakuta, Marco van Ginkel, Mario Pasalic and Lucas Piazon, while other potential candidates include Nathan Ake and Lewis Baker.
