All-action midfielder wins Reds award…
England midfielder Jordan Henderson has been named as Liverpool’s Player of the Month for September.
Henderson helped the Three Lions to wins over Norway and Switzerland in September, playing 90 minutes in both games.
However, it was his performances for the Reds that have earned him acclaim.
At club level, Henderson was the pick of a poor bunch in September – a month in which Liverpool won just one of their four games.
