Corey Gameiro (Sydney FC)

The youngster lit the fuse before the Sydney derby, calling the Wanderers his side’s “little brothers” but backed up his words on the pitch.

Gameiro’s link-up play with Alex Brosque was excellent and he dragged his side back into contention with Sydney’s opening goal.

He later laid on the ball for Brosque’s winner – an all round strong performance by the striker.
