The 21-year-old has been the subject of a £5m bid from Fulham in the past, but now the stakes have been raised as two of the biggest clubs in the Premier League show interest in the centre-back.

Moore has caught the eye in recent weeks with his performances for Leicester since their return to the top flight and for the England Under-21s, scoring against Croatia in the U21 European Championship playoffs.

The starlet came through the ranks at the King Power Stadium, breaking into the first team in 2010 before being sent out on-loan to Bradford City and later Brentford.

However, Moore is now an established figure for both club and country – with 11 U21 caps to date – and as a result has attracted the interest of both the Gunners and City.

Arsene Wenger is on the lookout for support at the back with only six first team options in defence currently, whilst the Citizens are keen to grow their homegrown talent.
