White Hart Lane technical director Franco Baldini is tracking the World Cup winner and has watched him in action three times this season during his loan spell at Borussia Moenchengladbach.

Kramer started the World Cup final this summer as a late replacement for injured Real Madrid star Sami Khedira but was subsequently subbed after suffering a head injury.

Leverkusen sporting director Rudi Voeller has already insisted that the 23 year old will return to the Bay Arena club once his loan spell is over but apparently this hasn’t warned off Baldini.

Kramer has been in fine form this term, helping his side to maintain an unbeaten record in Bundesliga action and one imagines if he were to leave Leverkusen then Borussia Monchengladbach would be very keen on retaining the box to box performer.
