With the Chilean scoring goals for fun and earning the Man of the Match award in practically every game he’s involved in, it wouldn’t be difficult to see him winning the Player of the Year award. This is why it is so strange to see Chelsea’s Eden Hazard with such worse odds; Sanchez with odds of 20/1 while Hazard boasts are far lower 8/1.

The Belgian has been quite unremarkable for Chelsea for most of this season considering the vast talent he possesses, with teammates Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa easily outshining him in their opening ten games.
If Alexis Sanchez can keep up his current form for the remainder of the season he is sure to be in contention, and Arsenal are sure to be propelled upwards along with him.
Hazard may have the upper hand if he ends up helping Chelsea to win multiple trophies, but no matter where the Gunners finish their top summer signing surely can’t be overlooked.
