Brendan Rodgers has revealed that Liverpool will have Jordan Henderson back for their clash against Crystal Palace this Sunday.

Henderson picked up a knock while on international duty with England and was expected to miss the next couple of games for his club. He was dropped from the game against Scotland after playing against Slovenia a few days earlier, and Reds fans were praying it wasn’t a bad injury.
Journalist James Pearce claimed on Twitter however, that Rodgers believed Henderson would be fit for the weekend’s Premier League action.

After taking a lot of criticism for his performances following a big money move, the former Sunderland man has upped his game and become an integral part of Rodgers’ set-up.
His form this season has not been spectacular, but it would be unfair to single him out as the entire team have been underperforming. The vice-captain would have been sorely missed, so the Anfield faithful will be glad he has returned.
