Manchester United recorded their first away win of the season by beating Arsenal 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday night.
Both sides had strikers playing their former clubs – Manchester-born Danny Welbeck for Arsenal and former Gunner Robin van Persie for the United.
Neither had a particularly good game.
Welbeck’s finishing let him down – the very reason he was sold by United this summer.
At least he got into the game, though.
Van Persie has just 12 touches of the ball during 75 minutes on the pitch.
Three of those touches came when he was taking corner kicks!
A Kieran Gibbs own goal and a Wayne Rooney strike on the counter-attack put United 2-0 up, before Olivier Giroud netted a glorious volley for the Gunners in stoppage time.
