The Serie A side will look to lure the German away from the Emirates Stadium, a move that one imagines the World Cup winner would be open to given his lack of involvement in first team action thus far this season.

The 29 year old hasn’t started a single Premier League fixture this term with summer arrivals Danny Welbeck and Alexis Sanchez forcing the former Koln man down the club’s pecking order.

Arsene Wenger has insisted that Podolski wouldn’t be available for sale though the forward can’t not be happy with his very limited role in Arsenal’s plans.

Whilst it’s true Podolski had two fairly average opening seasons at Arsenal he may feel that he is being unfairly treated by the French boss.

A move to Juventus would however in all likelihood see Podolski switching one bench for another given the presence of Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente and Alvaro Morata in the Serie A title holder’s squad.
