Kabuscorp hoping to lure Ronaldinho to Africa.

It is not long since Brazil and Barcelona legend Ronaldinho made a surprise move to Mexican outfit Querataro, but if reports from the Express are to be believed, another new chapter in his career could be set to open up with ambitious Angolan outfit Kabuscorp hoping to lure him to Africa.

Kabuscorp are currently the leading side in Angola and have dominated domestic football in recent years but, according to the club’s president, a move for a player with the calibre of Ronaldinho would allow them to compete for the CAF Champions League title and potentially a place in the illustrious annual Club World Cup competition.

Apparently Kabuscorp would only look to secure Ronaldinho for one season, potentially once his deal with Querataro runs out, but any move to Angola would represent another odd chapter in the career of a player whose disappearance from the limelight has been as dramatic as the skills that used to be his trademark during his time in Europe and as the poster boy of the Selecao.

Ronaldinho would not be the first Brazilian superstar to make the move to Kabuscorp, with Rivaldo having turned out for the club for a season in 2012, scoring an impressive 11 goals in 21 games.
