The winger has regularly been linked with a move to the Premier League over the last couple of seasons, with Tottenham and Liverpool reportedly coming close to signing him last January.

The 25-year-old’s current deal expires as the end of the season, which means Dnipro could be forced to let him go cheaply this winter.

Liverpool and Tottenham face competition from Serie A duo Inter Milan and Roma, as well as Premier League rivals West Ham.

Konoplyanka is an extremely creative player, possessing excellent vision and passing range. Brendan Rodgers’ summer signings have failed to hit the ground running since making the switch to Anfield, so the Merseyside boss may look to the Ukrainian in January to bolster his squad.

He is a regular for the international team, making 40 appearances since his debut in 2010. He has also netted eight times for the national side, a respectable number when deployed out wide.
