White Hart Lane side pursue Aston Villa and Red Bull Salzburg stars.
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has earmarked January moves for Aston Villa contract rebel Fabian Delph and Red Bull Salzburg star Kevin Kampl as he seeks to strengthen his midfield according to the Daily Mirror.
The White Hart Lane side have long been linked with an interest in England man Delph and with the Villa Park man out of contract next summer there is a chance that the Midlands side will accept a cut-price offer when the January transfer window reopens.
Pochettino has sent scouts to track 24-year-old Kampl during his side’s recent Europa League clash at Celtic and was impressed by the winger’s showing.
The former Southampton manager has had an up and down time of it since taking over at Spurs and will hope to be backed by chairman Daniel Levy in the January transfer window as the north London outfit pushes to secure that all important top four finish.
