FIFA’s best three managers, but who will coach the World XI dream team…
FIFA have announced the three finalists for their manager of the year award. The eventual winner will be listed alongside the Ballon d’Or winner – either Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo or Manuel Neuer, and the FIFA World XI.
The three finalists, confirmed via the official tweet below, are Carlo Ancelotti, Diego Simeone and Joachim Loew, who all enjoyed great success over the course of 2014, taking home four major title between them.
Ancelotti led Real Madrid to a record tenth Champions League title, as well as the Copa del Rey. Simeone won the La Liga title with Atletico Madrid, and also reached the Champions League final. Loew led Germany in their victorious World Cup campaign, which included a 7-1 semi-final thrashing of Brazil.
