Chelsea Outcast Set For January Loan Move With Everton Ready To Swoop

Mohamed Salah hasn’t had a look in this season.

Out-of-favour Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah is being primted for a loan move away from Stamford Bridge once the transfer window reopens in January, report the Mirror, with Everton heading a list of Premier League clubs who would be interested in taking the Egyptian off Chelsea’s hands.

Salah joined Chelsea from Swiss Super League outfit FC Basel in January and was lauded as a fine buy on account of his dazzling performances against the Blues in the Champions League, but things haven’t really worked out for the Egyptian international at Stamford Bridge.

He appears to be a long way behind the club’s four main attacking midfield options in Willian, Eden Hazard, Oscar and Andre Schurrle, meaning that if he has any hopes of playing regular first team football this season then it will almost certainly have to be away from West London.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, however, still has faith that the 22 year-old speedster can make it at the club and, as a result, he is looking a loan move to the Premier League rather than a permanent deal abroad, with Everton, Sunderland, Queens Park Rangers and Stoke City all interested in giving Salah a chance to shine.
