Former Brisbane Roar assistant Ron Smith has slammed the club’s football director Ken Stead following the Roar’s 1-0 win over the Western Sydney Wanderers on Wednesday.

The Roar recorded its first win under interim boss Frans Thijssen, however the victory certainly didn’t please Smith.
The veteran coach followed Mike Mulvey out the door of Suncorp Stadium after the sacking of the title-winning boss, and used Twitter to lash out at Stead.
It didn't take long for Ken Stead to include parking the bus as part of the philosophy, Mulvey was sacked for playing attacking football

The Twitter attack comes just a day after Mike Mulvey was named Queensland Coach of the Year.
