German star sees sale raise massive sum for charity.
Mario Gotze donated the boot that netted the winner in the 2014 World Cup final and saw it auctioned off for an incredible £1.6m according to the Metro.

The Nike boot was sold as part of the ‘A Heart for Children’ charity event and garnered a lofty sum that shocked the Bayern Munich star.
‘That is overwhelming, I would have never dreamed of such a figure,’ Gotze told German daily Bild.
‘Two million [Euros] is such a huge sum, the good thing is that it’s for a good cause and not just for a boot.’
