Stamford Bridge side open to Oscar sale?

Chelsea are reportedly very keen on Newcastle United’s in-form midfielder Moussa Sissoko, so much so that Jose Mourinho is willing to offload either Willian or Oscar to make room for the Frenchman according to Portuguese source Record.

Whilst it’s true that Sissoko has been a hugely effective marauding midfield presence at St James’ Park this term it would be hugely surprising if Mourinho were to sell Oscar, let alone Willian, in order to make way for the former Toulouse man.

Both Brazilians have played key roles in Chelsea’s strong start to the season and whilst the likes of Ramires, John Obi Mikel and Andre Schurrle could be possible outbound commodities, Mourinho is unlikely to sell either of his first choice starters.

Oscar has been a virtual ever present since arriving at the Premier League outfit back in the summer of 2012 and has already amassed 130 appearances and though Willian did play something of a limited role last season the former Anzhi man has started 14 Premier and Champions League fixtures already this term.
