Liverpool youngster Suso looks set to join AC Milan in the January transfer window as the Italian giants look to replace Stephan El Shaarawy, according to the Daily Express.

It has recently emerged that El Shaarawy has become a top transfer target for Borussia Dortmund, who are struggling this season and want to bring in a new top quality signing upfront.
The Italian forward seems to be their priority target, and it could mean that Milan will then step up their interest in raiding Liverpool for out-of-favour midfielder Suso.
The 21-year-old Spaniard has struggled to break into the first-team at Anfield despite being rated as one of the club’s top young prospects, and he may be tempted by an offer to move to the San Siro to get the chance to play more regularly.
Liverpool and Milan also did business this summer, with Mario Balotelli leaving the Italian side to join the Reds in a £16m deal.
