Former Liverpool star Jamie Carragher has claimed in a column on Kicca that Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is a better manager than Arsenal’s Arsene Wenger.

The Gunners boss has been under fire more so than usual recently, with Arsenal experiencing their worst start to a domestic season in Premier League history.
In stark contrast, Jose Mourinho has raced into the lead with Chelsea, with many declaring the West London side the winners already.
Carragher believes that despite all that Wenger has done for the club, that the Portuguese boss is the superior manager. He went on to say that although you can’t deny the Frenchman’s achievements, management is about results and trophies; something the Chelsea and former Real Madrid man has produced far more of in recent seasons.
“I’d take Jose above him just,” said Carragher.

It would be interesting to see how Arsene Wenger would react to being at a club with nigh on unlimited funds. Would he still retain his frugal nature? And would Jose Mourinho manage at a club with the financial restrictions Arsenal have had over the past decade?
